Ultra Gas Furnaces
95.1% AFUE Two Stage - Variable SpeedWhat are the benefits of Frigidaire Ultra Gas Furnaces?
Furnaces are measured using AFUE (Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency). The higher the AFUE rating the more energy efficient your system is and the lower your energy costs will be.
The Frigidaire 95.1% efficiency furnace will deliver years of warmth and comfort. Compare this to an older furnace with a rating of 60% efficiency, you will be getting a return on your investment with lower utility bills for years ahead with a new 95.1% efficient furnace.
- This Frigidaire furnace is one of the most efficient gas furnaces available today. Besides energy savings, this furnace qualifies for a $200 Federal Tax Credit under the Energy Policy Act of 2005.
- Two stage furnaces operate like two separate furnaces to maintain a more consistent comfort level throughout your home.
- During the first stage, which is about 80% of the time, the unit will use about 68% of its heating capacity.
- Two Stage, variable-speed systems will always start in the first stage and attempt to meet the heating demand.
- Reduced capacity, efficiently warming your home on mild winter days.
- When temperatures drop the furnace automatically adjusts itself and enters the second stage to meet increased heating demand.
- The temperature in your home will only vary a couple of degrees and you will experience quiet comfort.
- Improved air filtration is delivered with two stage variable speed so you'll breathe a lot easier.
- The unique variable speed motor improves humidity control and operates quietly. In fact, in most installations it is practically silent.
- The variable speed also allows the motor to ramp up gently eliminating uncomfortable temperature swings.
- Designed for upflow applications.

Better Air Conditioners & Heat Pumps
14 SEER and 15 SEER- Outdoor SectionsWhat are the benefits of variable speed systems?
- A single stage air conditioner is sized to cool your home on the hottest day of the year.
- It delivers 100% of its cooling capacity at all times.
- When you install a 13 or 14 SEER Frigidaire air conditioner or heat pump with an indoor section featuring a GE ECM variable speed motor, you'll experience better comfort and lower utility costs.
- A Frigidaire variable speed system operates at higher efficiency. The variable speed motor can save $150 per year plus another $240 in electrical costs when your thermostat is set for continuous fan operation.
- The air conditioner automatically maintains its programmed level of air flow regardless of dynamic changes in static pressure.
- Static pressure will change with a dirty air filter, zoning changes and obstructed supply registers as an example.
- Better indoor air quality is achieved quietly and inexpensively by setting the motor to run continuously at reduced air-flow levels between cooling cycles.
- The Frigidaire variable speed system also operates quieter than conventional motors, reduces temperature swings, indoor moisture, and hot spots.
- The indoor section, a coil or air handler, completes your new air conditioner or heat pump system. With this system, a indoor coil section with a variable speed gas or oil furnace is required if you have gas or oil heat. If you have a heat pump, then the matched variable air handler section is required to complete the system.
Your Frigidaire air conditioner or heat pump has been carefully designed and engineered to give you outstanding energy efficiency and years of trouble-free operation. No detail has been left out. Frigidaire uses only proven components like the Copeland scroll compressor. It's the leaders choice for efficiency, durability, and longevity. Just another "value added" manufacturing step built into all Frigidaire products. - Freon show [ + ]

Ductless Mini-Split Systems
DMC/DMH Mini-Splits
DMC Series Ceiling CassetteDuctless mini-split systems solve the problem of cooling and/or heating a space when adding ductwork is impractical or too expensive. The matched combination of outdoor condenser and indoor air handler fits virtually anywhere, and is simple to install and economical to operate.
Mini-Splits are ideal for a wide range of applications:
- Residential
Homes where it's difficult or not desirable to use a window air conditioner, renovations and restorations, additions, sunrooms, bedrooms, workshops, home offices - Industrial/Commercial
Warehouse offices, computer rooms, restaurants - Specialized Sports arena skyboxes, nursing homes, hospitals, churches, community facilities
Installation requires a hole less than 3" in diameter to run refrigerant lines between indoor and outdoor units. Also, the indoor section uses low voltage wiring.
There's a mini-split system to fit just about any installation, from single rooms to expansive spaces. Our single, dual and tri-zone models offer an impressive array of capacities in both A/C and heat pump models.
